SoraShare Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the app “SoraShare” (the “App”) provided by AIT Inc. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Description
SoraShare is a photo SNS for posting and sharing photos of the sky and clouds and enjoying them through likes and rankings. Photos containing people cannot be posted (they are blocked by automatic on-device detection).
2. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior)
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You must not do any of the following.
- Post violent, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Post another person’s likeness or copyrighted work without the rights holder’s permission
- Attempt to post photos containing people
- Harass, bully, impersonate, or spam other users
- Post false information or otherwise act against public order and morals
3. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Each post can be reported, and a reported post is immediately hidden from the reporter’s screen. You can block users who bother you. For inappropriate content that is reported, we will review it within 24 hours and take appropriate action such as removal. Accounts of users who violate the Terms may be suspended or deleted without notice.
4. Handling of Posted Content
Posted photos can be viewed and downloaded by other users. Downloaded images carry a watermark with the app name and the poster’s name. You shall post only content that you have the rights to, or that you may lawfully post.
5. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from “My Page” in the App. When you delete it, your posts, profile, and authentication information are deleted and can no longer be viewed in the App.
6. Disclaimer
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
